Turn on admin tools

Admin tools let you rename any public board, remove anyone's idea, text, drawing or comment, and choose who can sign in under People. Only the person who made a board can delete it, and private boards stay private, even from the admin.

Spell each name the way it should show on notes. If two people share a first name, add each with an initial, like Sam K. and Sam R.

Removing someone signs them out at once and stops them signing in under that name. Everyone shares the team password, though, so if they know it, change it below too.
